Western ECI is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Field Supervisor in our Pacific Gas & Electric contract territory.
Responsibilities:
--Provide direct supervision, communication, and monitor work quality and production rates of field personnel.
--Assess, coach, and support local field staff to fulfill their duties and job expectations as set forth in the Western ECI job descriptions.
--Implement Western ECI's policies and procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook.
--Assess overall performance and ongoing development needs of field personnel to assist with performance reviews and facilitate Career Track Program.
--Conduct Western ECI's internal Quality Control Audits.
--Oversee corrective action resulting from QAS reviews or reviews performed by the Contract Review Group.
Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the basic
qualifications to receive consideration
Basic Qualifications:
--Successful employment as a Project Management Technician / Work Planner.
--Demonstrated knowledge of utility vegetation management work practices and proper arboricultural techniques.
--Proficient in common computer word processing and spreadsheet applications.
--Possess independent decision making skills and exercise sound judgment.
--Demonstrated public relations and investigative skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to represent Western ECI in a professional and positive manner
--Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
